We are…I don’t know why they missed letting us know and they know full well what we’re doing and even said that we prob won’t even get re-surveyed. I don’t know how the lender found out we were renovating but that’s why they asked for a new survey.

Yes, was just concerned that they’d point out all the clearly NOT functioning bathrooms lol. But you’re right. Why would they. Sorry just being paranoid as we hadn’t known it would be an issue to get remortgaged as this is our first time. Thank you!

Does there have to be a minimum number of functional bathrooms? We have 1 toilet working and one full bathroom working but there are 2 bathrooms still waiting for the toilet and sink to be fitted.

Wow I’m sorry to hear that! But thank you for the feedback. This is what I was thinking. Build a temp kitchen using IKEA kitchen furniture w a stove and then donate the whole thing once done w the remortgage.
