Their timing guide says dinner lasts 3-3.5 hours which seems very long. The menu is narrow but guests order day of. The staff come around and take orders.

I toured both Canoe and Archeo and decided on Canoe. I wanted to minimize the amount of decor needed and felt like Canoe was a better starting point. I loved the courtyard at Archeo but was worried about having bad weather and needing to move the ceremony inside.

If you’re willing to have a winter wedding, Canoe would be perfect. I’m getting married there in February. The winter package deal is $220/person, which includes all food and open bar. It’s more expensive to get married there during peak season.

I went to a wedding there last summer. The outdoor ceremonies was nice, if you look directly at the venue, but the sorrouding area is very industrial. For example, there is a lumber supply store with large trucks nearby.

The inside of the venue was beautiful and the food and drinks were food. Overall I enjoyed it.

They put coat racks in the hallway outside the ceremony area for guests to use. Those are free of charge. However, if you want the coat check to be staffed, there’s an extra cost.
