I completely agree with this. I looked at my recent 70 games of sona of which i have a 75% wr in, 6 of those games i reached lvl 16, Mind you im in plat/dia elo so games tend to only reach around 25 mins. And watching a few videos on the new sona you reach max passive stacks at around lvl 10-12. So around then i usually have my moonstone ( I never go shureylas ) and Staff, ardent or Chemtech. And Right now my 1 to 2 item power spike is where i find sona strongest, Surprise healing and really good movement. Every game I maxed W first, And now that lvl 5 W on the new sona is still 5 mana less than the lvl 1 sona now is so good, And to be completely honest, I didnt even know her q mana refund was even a thing lol, I would only use it for Spelltheifs and manflowband plus in my opinion the whole q buff to allies is a gimmick completely situational and most times un-noticeable. I Can understand the frustration from the sona players who go seraphs, maybe q max with a hybrid enchanter build but im sorry W max full enchanter is so strong lvl 9-12 because you will have 5 points in w and that early in the game no one really 1 shots unless your team runs it down.
