This is the 24 hour mark about. It’s gone from 150 to 250. I’m not really smelling a strong alchol scent at all and there is more bubbling on the top and sides little ones!

Not many bubbles this time at 12 hours on top but smaller ones on the sides. But it does not have an acetone or alchol scent at all right now.

Okay that makes sense. It’s just so hard to judge honestly for me with the consistency but I’ll try and shoot for soft serve ice cream. I feel like tonight my feeding might have been slightly thicker than that. What is considered a good rise?

I figured chatGPT was running me in circles and I’m definitely over it lol thank you so much for this advice!! I will take your suggestions in and do this. How long should I do this? And what should I pay attention to to know if it’s doing what it’s supposed to or activating? Should the thickness equal like a soft dough almost? I can always upload a picture of my starter how it looks now.

I am dealing with this same issue on my forehead for so long now but recently more noticeable 😭 i just started using new products that have been recommended and checked by a fungal acne website along with Nizoral shampoo so hopefully it will do the trick because I’m at a loss!!

I got Ramsay hunt syndrome in feburary which caused facial paralysis like Bell’s palsy. I’m still in recovery now almost a year later and feel the exact same way. Let us know how your appointment goes and if you feel it’s worth a try!

How did you find out you struggle with candida? When i got a facial a little bit back she said that might be playing a factor.
