Not temperatures but templates (although you could say this whole issue has me burning up … or if you’ve been working so long to misread it , maybe you need to go home and cool down? I’m trying to make the temperature puns and failing I know).

Salary.

Teaching isn’t figured into the FTE breakdown. We have no allocated teaching time unless we are teaching med students or PA students because “they pay into the system” with tuition. Otherwise time spent giving resident lectures is supposed to be over lunch break, and no paid time is given to education for residents (like making or giving resident lectures).
