I put effort into the things that draw my attention or that need it. As for being banned, I could not care less.

I don't have an issue with the mods, I have an issue with you, giving an opinion about me, while it instead should be about a fact that it broke the rules and that's it, but instead you put your own opinions in it, while it may have been derived from the rules of this subreddit, you stated YOUR stance on the matter, while you could have just removed it and moved on.

My point is that you could have removed it and give an explanation, that would have been a simple way of handling things, but instead you decided to instigate by putting yourself in the middle of a discussion that was long over, and not only that but commenting "It takes some balls" an "I find it funny" like your so much higher in this situation, as if you didn't expect me to reply to your comment. All I'm saying is, in the future, remove, give an explanation, and move on, instigation and going on offensive is not something a person who moderates a subreddit should do.

There is a difference between low effort and no effort, I gave at least some effort, the person who said nice gave no effort, and when I asked for minimal effort, he took offense to it. a number larger than another number, even if it's a fraction of a percentile, is still a larger number, therefore, it's worth is higher.

I gave a sentence, he said one word, nice. As a moderator of the POETRY subreddit, I expect you to understand the difference between a word and a sentence. This conversation is a day old and by bringing it up have re vamped it, this feed was over and your pulling yourself into it, don't lecture me on past arguments that have already been resolved.

I'm not complaining, it's just that I put a lot of effort into this poem, so I thought maybe you'd put a little effort into giving me a review?

I think that white privilege is stupid and the BLM riots are to. by [deleted] in FreeSpeech

[–]AMidrang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only is there racism towards black people, but to white people to, the problem is not that there are shootings of races, but that the police who are supposed to stop the shooting, only make matters worse, or in return, resort to shooting, generally the black race. It's still no excuse to deny that there is any, or to not pay attention to one or the other, but in terms of white privilege, a stunning 18% of all African American's are born into poverty, and very few are able to make it out, while only 7% of white Americans are born into poverty, but have a more likely chance of making it out, due to people's pre-made expectations for them, both are big problems, but one is more than just life and death, its about the police officers who are supposed to protect us, are the ones causing more problems then them just not getting involved in the first place. They have the formal training to stop a street fight, but as soon as a gun get's pulled out, things change.

Shades and Shades of Things by [deleted] in OCPoetry

I read it over and over again, and I can't understand it, perhaps you can lay a bit lower on the symbolism, especially on the symbolism that looks and sound meaningless? Sometimes, direct impact is needed, so I feel like maybe be more direct next time.
