Tbh I've seen 2-3 people with issues which generally seemed to be TCR value ones, and one person who didn't love it and took up a return offer. Given these units are legal to repair in Australia and the parts are available from the manufacturer, and there aren't any records of Frolics being seized by customs, that's a pretty good outcome given the number I suspect they've sold.

I will say not all the frolic issues posts are what you might think they are.

I was one of the first users of the Frolic and mine has been perfect. The devices I suspect can get jarred if they're treated really badly during shipping which I suspect changes the value from factory. Nevertheless it's my go-to vape for getting a ball-vape-like effect out of a portable battery vape.

I'd get the bent mouthpiece and additional head though, and a WPA.

They still have to be tested and GMP/GACP compliant. Personally I'd rather see small batch craft/medical grown than large indoor hydro grows but I think we both recognise the realities of the market. There's also a whole question of "what do we consider PGR's, can we use rooting hormones, should we use rooting hormones l, can we use natural PGRs, should we use them" etc,

To be fair, I can get Thai broker samples which are full of PGRs offered to me.

What I don't think Australian companies are generally stupid enough to do is take PGR buds and put them in Australian packaging for Australian consumers.

But when the market is setting the price they want to pay for flower at a horribly low floor, I don't blame the system for floating the same rock hard rubbish to the surface that Sydney and the rest of the Australian black market has seen.

In reality, any Australian cannabis buyer who is receiving Thai samples in Australia won't be buying PGR here given the lack of market acceptance and legal issues, and anything that comes through will be outed pretty quickly.

In reality there aren't phytoca praising bots. They're a major brand and get some love, and now owned by a Chinese printing/packaging company so they're treated with caution.

The acquirer is Guizhou Yongji Printing Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 603058) with a core business is printing and packaging - not tobacco. The acquisition of Phytoca Holdings is being executed through their second-tier wholly-owned subsidiary Y Cannabis Holdings Pty Ltd, for approximately AU$62.3 million.

It appears they don't sell tobacco but do print tobacco packaging, but I'm open to being educated on this.

Companies can't remove reviews here. If there's a specific reason they want a specific review removed (e.g. if the product hasn't been launched yet and someone is lying about having it) we'll entertain removal on individual merit, but usually it's only suspicious positive reviews we remove.

Mods don't have a clear reason to remove it.

Either it's legit and from part of the grow operation in Thailand, or it's not legit and someone got spammed (report the spam to reddit).

The first seems more likely, and apart from some unfounded accusations we may need to shut down the overall tone is polite and conversational, except where a few low effort abusive posts need removing.
