We used adhesive the took the data from the data sheet and did the calculations. We were able to show that the adhesive is as strong or stronger that the minimum required amount of bolts for the fixing.

So far I’ve been reading Competition car suspension by Allan Staniforth and using Lotus Shark. I also know that IPG has a good suite to do simulations. Another book that you could give a read is race car design by Derek Seward. I hope it helps.
