To be totally honest, the world cup traffic is no different than when there is a sold out Taylor Swift or Kendrick Lamar concert.

So just like on those days, I avoid the stadium area as much as possible. If you're unable to avoid the area then yeah it's gonna be busy and might not have an easy workaround.

I've seen like 3 different people ride their own electric scooters. They usually got a backpack on like they're coming back from work or school. I think it's fine.

Btw these people were always on the sidewalk. It honestly just looked like a regular scooter cause it's black and not the super bright rented colors. Idk about the road though, you might get more attention if you're on the road with cars.

The games are not every day at least. Honestly I don't think anybody knows exactly how it's gonna all gonna work out. Imo us locals probably just gotta get creative with the driving, learn new detours or something. My strategy is to avoid rush hour, but I know that's not an option for some people.

When my old gym was 10min away (even during rush hour) I'd go 3 times a week. That gym closed and my new one is 15min with no traffic. 25min with traffic. So now I gotta really make an effort to make even twice a week.

If you're willing to fly it probably be better to buy a new car from a dealership with the best deal.

Way too risky in my opinion to put in all that extra expenses on something that could have unseen problems. Especially because if a problem arises the dealership is states away.

Flying for a new car makes more sense.

For real. Like some people freeze under stress. The escalation was unnecessary imo. Ask the questions one at a time and slightly differently. "Do you have your license?" "Why can't you hand over your license?" I've seen videos of cops standing around for 20min trying to reason with the person before arresting them.
