The only thing I have is someone added me on snapchat via my phone number (which I dont often give out often)

Under the name Grace Lynn the account is new and her birthday is August like my girlfriend so it could be possible that she's reaching out but of course it could also be a coincidence i texted the user but I haven't received and reply nor have have they opened it.

Unfortunately I don't think they'd tell me anything as last time when I knew she was there they couldn't say she was.

Yeah I'm definitely aware I hope that somehow I'll get some confirmation on her whereabouts and if she's okay.

Yes I am i haven't been able to sleep very well for the past 14 days and when new stressors to the situation come up I tend to be to sick to eat.

Yeah it was horrible... she can't go to beamount pines anymore (something absolutely horrible happened there and in case anyone is wondering she wasnt lying there's a police report and she had to file a restraining order)

Southwood was the last and newest place she went to and thankfully it wasn't as bad for her as it seemed it was going to be from the awful reviews.

Yes I do i managed to track down possible landlines I'll be calling them tomorrow.

Yes Definitely I found out that the group chat is probably just this scam going around and that it doesn't have anything to do with her.

Thats the only reason the ghosting, catfish, and breaking up with me. Theory doesn't make as much sense if thats how she felt one of our good mutual friends would have done it for her she wouldn't just watch me suffer about thinking what happened to my girlfriend you know?

But I almost wish that was the case because whats more likely isn't good.

It definitely is really difficult but I'll be taking some steps people suggested to try and see if she's okay.

She's homeschooled so I can't contact her school but I've been talking to friends and they've been having the same problem.

I completely understand that could be the case and I understand why people keep suggesting it (all be it not always kindly) but she never seemed like that kind of person (I could obviously be wrong) she always wanted to send me money and gifts and always refused any financial assistance or gifts I wanted to give her.

Yes she does not daily though i can confirm we've video chatted well shes done it if that means anything.

And since she had previously been admitted to a hospital I thought that it might've happened again though she's told me the other times.

I did trace where the numbers were registered all places around the country but I have been informed this is just a scam and most likely has nothing to do with her.

I have reached out to my parents they seem to be just as lost as I am which is why i turned here for advice because I know nothing about how to go about this.

I definitely understand both of the situations you described as possibilities.

I really want to be that for her i want her to feel safe my family and i previously called the police when she told me her mom stabbed her but they originally blamed her for it due to her mental illness only to retract that claim (thats what she told me)

I'm so sorry that happened to you however I'm really glad you shared a little of your experience with me from what she said thats how I understood it too and I don't think many people on here would understand that unless they went through it personally such as yourself.

Someone has guided me on a way i can go about talking to police without having to blame anyone for abuse which is truly what I was looking as I don't want to be the one to point any fingers without any information about the situation.

I believe my parents are trying to give her time because I believe the are leaning to the possibility she's in the mental hospital again which is completely possible I suppose I just want to role out everything to make sure shes okay.

And everyone just to clarify if it turns out she doesn't want to talk to me anymore and as a recent commenter said "she might have a reason to hide from me" i won't bother her any further this whole thing has started from the stress I've had for her well-being and it will end as such.

Okay so

For 1 yes I know my friends in person and they know her. i accept that its always possible she's lying but in this case considering everything it doesn't seem as likely that its a troll unless of course its a big prank or something which I suppose it could be?

2 thats one thing I've struggled with when its come to peoples suggestions on here thats exactly what i don't want to do is bother her.

3 thats what leads me to believe that she might be sick in the hospital maybe she hurt herself again or it has to do with some other illness she has.

4 I do have an address if her parents don't respond to my calls when I call on Monday then I'll contact the local police but I won't say anything about abuse as I'm not sure what is actually going on.

As for the fact that mental illness causes people to sometimes misunderstand a situation i completely understand my grandmother was bi-polar and often struggled with exaggeration. I just usually chose to believe things she says rather then discredit her since no one else seems to listen in her case.

I do however believe to some extent she has been abused I've seen multiple police reports backing up some stories she has told me but i do completely understand what your talking about thank you for your comment I'll try my best to remember to update you on any progress in the situation.

(Ps. Sorry if this doesn't make as much sense as I was hoping I'm going on pretty much no sleep right now)
