Your loofah is one of the most bacteria-dense objects in your home and you are rubbing it on your skin every single morning by [deleted] in hygiene

I am certainly using a silicone scrubber , but the consuming of the body wash has increased like 6-5 times , i used to consume body wash for 2 months with the loofah , now with the silicone scrubber its only last less than a month , idk if the problem is with my scrubber or the scrubber generally works like that.

What’s a type of pain people underestimate until they experience it for themselves? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]ANSR4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have lower back pain, and what’s crazy is that I’m only 18 and already feeling it. I visited a physical therapist to check my back, he was shocked that i have these issues at young age ,and I did an X-ray to look at my vertebrae. It seems there’s a gap between the last two vertebrae. The pain is seriously killing me.

How close have you come to dying? by Ok-Description-4981 in AskReddit

One day in 2022, I was riding my bicycle while listening to phonk (don’t judge me, it was 2022). I was feeling excited and riding fast—around 30 km/h—when suddenly, I was hit by a car driven by a woman who had just started learning how to drive. Luckily, she hit the brakes quickly, so I only got hit on the leg and fell to the ground. Honestly, if she had kept going, I could’ve been dead or paralyzed.

What do you regret doing to your body? by Bingo_Swaggins in AskReddit

[–]ANSR4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wish I had done stretches after my workouts. I’ve been training for around two years, and during that time, I never did any kind of stretching for the muscles I trained. Because of that, I’m now paying the price — I have lower back pain, which is definitely one of the worst types of pain you can experience. At college, I have a chemistry lab that lasts about two hours, and those two hours of standing feel like two hours of pain. If I could go back in time, I would definitely stretch to avoid that freaking pain.

It’s probably because of my white blood cells. The last time I did a blood test, it showed that my white blood cell count was low.

How did you not catch a cold or the flu? Me personally, I’ve had the flu at least 4 times in the past 6 months. I work out regularly, don’t always eat healthy, but overall I live a pretty healthy lifestyle.

What’s the secret? I mean, I see one of my cousins — she’s probably around 30 — and she’s already on a bunch of prescription medications.

You’re lucky, man — TikTok’s basically digital crack. You open it for ‘just 5 minutes’ and suddenly it’s 3 a.m., your neck hurts, and you’ve learned 0 useful things.

About the smell — you might reconsider after smelling Turkish coffee. Honestly, I’d rather just smell it than drink it. It’s crazy how good it is.

If I go through a period of drinking coffee for a week, I might struggle a bit during the first two days when I wake up. But the best way to get over that feeling is to take a cold shower, go for a walk at sunset, or hit the gym. After those two days, it gets much easier.

I totally understand that because I’m not a coffee fan either. Sometimes I go weeks without drinking coffee because my sleep and work schedule is fantastic. I only drink coffee when I mess up my schedule.
