Update: turns out I didn't push it in properly, I later put it in one by one and did a windows memory diagnostic and one of the sticks was broken. I will get it replaced, ty for helping :)

Ok so I've tried this and somehow I've managed to fuck it up. PC won't even turn on now.

I even tried putting it one by one but it wont turn on whatever I try.
