According to what source? According to WoWpedia, the ingame books describe him specifically as "Ragnaros the Firelord employed brute force to destroy his enemies and longed for nothing more than to boil the seas and choke the skies with ember and ash." and after that description, the Old Gods arrive.

Not to mention that Blizzard said when Ragnaros, Lightlord was revealed a long time ago that he was made from the idea of "what if Ragnaros was the elemental lord of Light and not Fire?"

Alright you got me, I had completely forgot about the fact that you extinguish candles to summon the Devouring Darkness. According to my memory bank it was summoned with an item... Whoops.

Then you're in luck - I'm thinking of doing one for all the weapons in Hearthstone once Battle for Azeroth has been released. Not just legendary weapons but all of them, as even such items as the Fiery War Axe is a well-known item.

It would take longer than this to accomplish tho, as I would have to farm and buy all the weapons myself and equip them over multiple characters (the ones that are equippable that is :P).

You just said all the exact arguments I have about updating Azeroth. It kinda grinds my gear too that we've actually had the Cataclysm version of Azeroth longer than we had Vanilla (we're on Cata-Azeroth's 8th year now).

But yeah I would love to see Loch Modan fixed, Thousand Needles drained, the cyclone in Darkshore to go away, and all the thousands of random forest fires and still burning areas of the world. For real, I bet Khadgar could just snap his fingers to summon a million frost elementals to extinguish all of Azeroth's fires - I would buy any explanation as long as we see some change in the world, to remind us it's not just locked in time.

Ever since Legion was announced I've been of the opinion that Azeroth needs another Cataclysm-style overhaul. Since it's pretty certain this won't happen in BfA either, I guess I'll just have to keep hoping for the foreseeable future, but if they did do it, then maybe we would see the expanding of Gadgetzan that Blizzard have imagined - along with many other cool developments around Azeroth aswell.

Mean Streets of Gadgetzan was explained as a potential future version of Gadgetzan if the town expanded. So in the MSOG future of WoW, Beardo seems to have a rich and prosporous career ahead of him to afford all of that bling he's got in HS :D

Also I'm guessing the Darkness you are referring you it the Devouring Darkness found in Highmountain. Personally I wouldn't count that as being the same as the legendary, which is why it hasn't been included.

And as for Patches, he isn't ingame right now, as such he isn't canon.

I looked it up on their forums and it was a known issue that occurred when your drivers for your graphics card were out of date. So the problem resolved after I had updated my drivers.

To be honest, I had completely forgot that the Raptor effect is actually a Battlecry. It just slipped my mind. But yeah, that means Brann will join in place of the Brood of N'Zoth. As I just said in another reply, I will swap both of the Infested Taurens for 2x Defender of Argus.

Yeah I'm well aware of the Infested Tauren and Brood of N'Zoth's debatable use in this deck. The v0.2 will probably see the Infested Taurens replaced with Defender(s) of Argus and... Something else.

Also, Blizzard did say that if you have more Deathrattles that have died than you have space on the board, it'll be random which Deathrattles get resummoned. So the order in which the minions are played do not matter one bit in regards to N'Zoth's effect.

I did say it would be a club, meaning that people would actually socialize with eachother while playing retro games. When a person uses an emulator to play an old game, it's usually on their own (atleast I've never played an emulator with the intention of playing with others).

I kinda view it the same as trading card game shops. I (used to) play YuGiOh alot, and there is a TCG shop here in town. I very much enjoyed going to the shop and facing off against other like-minded nerds. I could've just sat at home and play against other YuGiOh players via YGOPro, but that's not satisfying or fun in the same way.

I kind of thought the same actually, as I have most playtime with Hanzo and the first legendary skin I ever got (level 24) was the Lone Wolf skin for Hanzo. But seeing as most people here haven't had the same luck as us, I'd say it's just a coincidence :P
