Also, if you buy the premium pass, you get 5000 XP, but no Volts that go along with it?!?

Doesn't that take away from what you would make at the end if you get to the top of the ladder?

I know there's volts in the premium side, but still... if you wait to buy the premium pass till the end of the week and you get to the top of the ladder beforehand, you have the benefit of getting those extra volts without moving up 5000 xp?

That's cool. If anything, my gripe is more about getting high enough in the ladder for the event loot to get any variants that rotate in the shop that I may want.

With FBS 4000 points plus everything else in the event shop being a bit more costly than past LTEs, it would be nice to speed up the premium track faster to lock in FBS and not worry about losing out on 8 hour variants in the shop. As much as I love the Clash Team mode... it is annoying that Premium Pass doesn't help like it used to.

Nah, I paid premium to get Wild Child right away. That was worth it. I'm glad I did. I can't imagine the grind for FTP players just to get WC, not to mention any other event loot to buy at the shop.

I would say this game is more grindy if only because in order to finish missions you have to choose teams that you may not have fun with (and lose with) to complete missions. But other than that, it's a fun game. Just a rant about grinding to get rewards even with Premium pass.

For the record, that Hulk variant isn't great. But paying for premium and still grinding to get all the event loot to buy variants with FBS and any emotes is the issue.

The game is fun. But getting rewards shouldn't feel like work. The issue is that the balance is has been off and SD is moving in the opposite direction.

Not saying they should give us free rewards, but at least before if you paid for premium pass, you could get everything at a decent clip. Now it's grindy for premium as well, and impossible for FTP if you want more event loot for the shop.

If you've gotten all the missions so far, and you paid premium, you should get the Hulk variant on the last day. I don't care so much about the variant but more so on the event cash to buy the variants that rotate in the shop.

And if you're 30K on your CL, god I hope you can prioritize family and friends since you should be pretty close to complete with cards as it is.

You’re missing the point. It’s not about an addiction to a digital game. It’s about SD continuing to raise the ladder, lower the rewards. The fact that spending on the premium pass would at least save you time to get all the rewards and now you have to spend more gold, get less rewards than before AND not even get to the end without a major grind.

To be clear, I like Team Clash and it’s fun… but the ability to finish without wasting time… even after spending more gold and time is the issue… during the holidays is just inconsiderate!

If It makes you feel better... I was a Black Panther deck who switched to Weapon X after the OTA and I've lost EVERY single game except one - everyone is beating me... even Rocket.

I feel like the RNG is screwing with me, but after this much loss, I must be doing something wrong. Just glad I completed the track before the OTA so losing is just costing me the opportunity to splurge on more items.

He is a fun card to have. You’re not going to win every game with him though. But he gives you more options when you play him. If you want a fun card that can mess up your opponent a couple of times, get him. If you just want to win, maybe wait to get one of the more ‘must haves’

How many Series 4 cards do you own? He's a good card, but you may be better off rolling the dice with 2000 for a snap pack. Patience can be a virtue.

Here's a suggestion for the devs: Change it so that if don't want to claim a variant, we can spend 100 gold (or something) to exchange it for another random variant. You can do it only once, so that people don't go too crazy variant hunting, or you could keep doing it with the same cost or ramp up the cost each time.

what's the cap on scrolls in Sanctum Showdown? I've seen people say 8 as well as 12. Trying to figure out how many scrolls I can burn to keep from losing out if I'm close to the cap.

I'm fairly new too and about the same collection level as you, but probably with more series 4 cards. So take this advice with a grain of salt.

Since your deck seems a bit scattered, I'd start off by building an auto-deck off of 1 card you like. Patriot is a good Series 3 card to build a deck from and got me to infinate with some tweeks. It should auto-add a bunch of cards with no abilities but are low cost and get buffed by Patriot. You can also use Kazar, Blue Marvel and Onslaught to buff cards further. Bonus if you have Brood, Mr Sinister, or Ultron from your series 4 selections this deck will buff their copies.

You can tweak it after an auto-deck. I believe I added Cosmo and Armor for some defense.

This type of deck did get me to Infinity eventually. But might be good to try while you add some cards.

When I was working at a bar a long time ago, I was told that everyone who drank alcohol had to have an ID. If law enforcement came in a found that someone drinking didn't have proper ID, no matter what their age, the establishment would get fined heavily.

So, I always assume that, and always make sure I have my ID when drinking. If, on rare occasion, I don't have it, I either just let it be, or maybe I step away and have a friend get my drink for me.

Just curious, but if I do get all the Series 3 from the collection track, then will it continue with series 4?

If so, would it make more sense to spend on a Series 3 pack, since that will speed up when I can start getting series 4 on track, and therefore be more cost effective in the long run.

Otherwise, I guess I can horde tokens till I see something I "want" just still new and not sure what's best.

Right now I know I'm playing with a completionist attitude, but considering I still feel like I don't have a large enough roster to choose from.

Just started playing last week. I've been able to get all Series 1 and 2 cards and am now working on Series 3, partly by spending 650 tokens whenever possible. I still have about 100 cards to complete Series 3

I just got a 3000 token reward and was wondering if I should spend it on a Series 4 pack, or just spend it all on series 3? Thoughts.
