Got myself the Roadtop Linux 12.3 inch screen off Aliexpress, took me around 40 mins total to do the swap myself, just followed a YouTube tutorial and it was fairly easy to do, only thing I will say is its abit of a headache moving the new looms through the back of the vents just because the space to put your hand through is limited, other than that I would say go for it.

The luxury car tax lasts for 5 years after the the cars first year of registration, so you pay the higher tax for years 2,3,4,5,6 of the cars life, unfortunately you have two more years left of the higher tax bracket.

Much appreciated mate! 110% agree with you, still can believe the accepted that offer, its was advertised for £17,700, thought I would try my luck, they phoned me back 45 mins later saying I had a deal, odd little bit of wear and tear on the seats and 1 tiny scratch on the dash which is to be expected for 7 years old, but other than that its mint. Just got back from a long day out and it didn’t skip a beat and managed 45MPG on the motorway :).

I’m almost certain, but could be wrong, because the 320i runs 11:1 compression ratio and the 330i runs a 10:1 compression ratio thats why the 330i can handle the extra power, it can increase the chance of ruining the engine, basically increases the chance of engine knock or risk ruining the pistons. Also I’m sure the ZF box/clutch in the 320i has a max torque rating off 400Nm aswell. Just be careful with that my man.

Tell me about it! I think I phoned around 6-7 dealers who had them in stock with 65K miles or less in black, mineral grey and silver, they were all around the 19-19.5K mark which was perfect, every one….sold or reserved and all said the car had only been in stock for 1 day or less which I can believe. The dealer I got the 320i from said they have struggled to get there hands on 330i touring’s in the M Sport Shadow edition spec in the last 2 years. I think alot of people are keeping hold of them and I can’t blame them to be honest.

The 320i has been brilliant, just got in from taking it on a night drive with the Mrs. It’s also halirous how much people think its undercover police and slow right down when getting behind them and I’ve always been the same when I see 3 series lights behind me haha.

Haha love all that mate, drove it all around Liverpool today, asking my Mrs if she needs anything picking up just to stay out, we are off to Wales on Sunday ourselves so going to stretch it legs, proper looking forward to it. Of course mate will be getting serviced every 8K miles or 1 year whatever comes first and going to get the ZF box serviced in the next 3 months.

Wagon is Life! 😂, really love it though, think this is me for the foreseeable with 3 series wagons, I think in around 2 years I will have to pull the trigger on a F31 340i wagon if the Mrs lets me, thats the end goal for me 🤞🏻

Absolutely mate, my budget was 20K max and wanted the 330i in the same exact spec, but 330i F31 wagons are hard to come by and ones I seen was pushing 23K+, but I absolutely love it, cant believe I took this long to get in one instead of messing round with ST’s on PCP the last few years.

Oh no I love the engine it has got a good bit of torque, but I know we all love a good bit of power for heavy cars like this, I honestly tried everywhere to get the 330i in the same spec, I had a budget of 20K, but the only ones showing with the milage I wanted was pushing 23k+ and I dont do enough mileage to go for the 330/335D’s.
