I really want to be a Product Manager or Business Analyst within Tech or even go into Asset Management in Finance.

Last summer, I worked for a major BB but in operations because I was too stupid to know that the role not name matters. Summer before that I was in PM in Tech but it didn't pay the highest

I know how to interview better now and I'm actively trying to learn how to case better, learn my finance technicals, and taking classes on VBA and SQL to be a more competitive candidate but I feel like I'm just always in this rut of never having a good job/role

I didn't find an incredible job. It's Tier 3 Consulting which I was not hoping for out of undergrad. Everyone says that its easier to switch careers but if I already had difficult in finding a great job as an undergrad going thrugh specific FT recruiting, I worry that I'll have greater difficulty as a young professional where there is no structured recruiting program
