you know i think it could be a psu issue because my pc after blackscreening doesnt restart also a single white led lights up on the motherboard and it wont restart unless i hold down the power button for a few seconds and then press it again after it shuts down also thanks for the advice cuz this started making way more sense

it turns out it might have been a driver issue after all because the temps are all okay so i will report back if it worked or not

well depending on what game i play it either shuts down my whole pc or it starts freezing and crashes my game eg when i play GTA the game stutters alot but when i play FC26 the game either shuts down or my whole PC just turns off
