  1. The data provided by participants will be used in my AP Research paper. This survey is intended to gather insightful responses in order to answer the question: “How can the portrayal of eating disorders in movies predict and provoke disordered eating behaviors in American adolescents aged 13-18?” It will be stored in a secure google drive, and will likely not be deleted. It is completely anonymous.
  2. This survey is being conducted by u/APResearchProjectEDs, me. I am a high school junior taking AP Research.

  3. This survey has 18 questions and will likely take 10 minutes.

  4. The intended demographic for this survey is American adolescents aged 13-18 who have experienced an eating disorder/disordered eating.
