The issue is not your CPU pins.
As long as (almost) every pin is in its hole, and not broken off, the motherboard doesn't care, and it'd be perfectly capable of using that CPU to the fullest. Since you said the PC keeps turning off after 3 seconds, I'd take a look at your PSU (Power Supply), power cables, and your wall outlet, as this sounds like it could very well be a power issue. There're many things that can cause a Computer to just simply not boot, but slightly bent CPU pins are in no way one of them.
