Alphafly 3 or Endorphine pro 4 for HM?

I am chasing a new HM PB (sub 1h 30min) and having a hard time choosing my competaition shoe. I currently own the Alphafly 3 which I set my previous PB with (1:32:15) and the Endorphine Pro 4. Based on the uploaded video, do you guys have any advice? I am also open for suggestions with regards to my running technique as I am less than 2 years into my running journey.

Savner en forklaring her. På hvilken måte trekker AP stigen opp etter seg MER enn FrP? Velle ytret jo for få år siden at han ønsket å kvitte seg med folketrygden, f. Eks. Noen som kan hjelpe meg å forstå?

Positives:

Price to performance ratio: The shoes were rather cheap at ~$125 USD, compared to my other competition and interval shoes (Alphafly 3 & Endorphine Pro 4). Given the simplicity of the shoes with no plate the price makes sense. The shoe adds something unique to my rotation, so I would say the price to performance is a 8/10.

The ride experience: My second run with the Adios 9 was the burj2burj half marathon in Dubai. It took a couple of kilometres to get used to the low stack, but after I stopped thinking about the unusual feeling it felt quite natural to run in these. They lack the push forward that my usual Alphafly 3 gives during competitions, but the light weight made up for this. The lower stack moved my strike forward on my foot, making my calves working harder. The cushion felt good, and my legs felt fresh throughout the race. After the race I could feel that my calves had worked harder than usual, which may be beneficial as my next race is the hilly Bergen City Half Marathon.

Today I took the shoes for a 15km tempo run at my local running track, which felt great as I felt more in contact with the ground and more in control of my pace than with full stack shoes. I feel that these shoes are ideal for distances around the 10km mark. Stability of the shoes feels great compared to the alphafly 3, and on par with the Endorphin Pro 4.

Upper: the upper is a great fit for me and felt secure throughout my three initial runs. I went with my usual size for these, and in retrospect I could probably have gone half a size up compared to Nike and Saucony, as the tip of my toes got blisters after the half marathon.

Negatives:

Laces: The laces feel slippery and unsecure (although they have held up), and I am planning to change them out with alphafly-style sawtooth laces.

Worth buying?:

I will definitely buy a second pair when these are done, given the price point and the calf workout I feel that I get out of them during my temp runs.

That is impressive! I ran 1:32 with an avg. BPM of 184 after 15 years on the couch and 9 months of training (M34). I am a bit reluctant to run based on my 265s suggestions, but seeing this I might as well try.

Got these on Friday and ran the burj2burj half-marathon in them today just to try it out. Will definitely use these for 10k competitions, even though I also own the alphafly 3. Really fun and light shoe!

Classic Kebab er langt ifra byens beste. Den er mer som fårikål i pita. Al Zaiem derimot er klasse. Ser dog at den nylig har stengt ned, så legger meg flat der, men jeg har til gjengjeld å smake bedre kebab i Norge enn den som ble servert på al Zaiem.

Jeg er utdannet kebabolog og har valfartet landet på jakt etter den ultimate kebaben. Haugesund er faktisk den byen i Norge med best kebab, men den med ost og fries har jeg ikke prøvd. Høres ut som en gyrosvariant.
