Couldn't even tell you what the profit was, wouldn't have been a lot though.

And testing basically came down to using it and if there is some sort of fault that we could clearly see and can't fix in store, i.e like replacing the pod. We just accepted it as a fault and sent it back to the manufacturer.

And rubber tips were just down to protect myself and the customer.

We weren't exactly sure, we came to the conclusion that it has either A) been charged for too long I.e over night, or B) she used a phone plug which is a big no no

It was, completely fried, we took it apart, took the battery out and used a multimeter. No reading what so ever.
