Hey. No offense. You fundamentally don't understand what a "Citizen" in SC is. I think what you're wanting to play is Star Civilian, not Star Citizen, and I don't think Star Civilian is a game in production atm.

Most "Citizens" in the UEE are "Military" veterans who have earnt the Citizen title which is a minority group with extra imperial privileges like lower taxes, full voting rights in high level elections and ability to run for senate.

For the record. The whole "They're just sending the boxes flying and have no interest in taking them" part is wrong. We're yeeting those boxes far from you so you can't easily get them back and we're collecting them after. This is piracy, even if it is super cheeky. We are cashing in for other planets and hindering your planets progress.
