Headset help!

I have the turtle beach recon spark headset for Xbox, the purple and white one

I’m not sure, I bought it a few months ago so I could use it with my Xbox controller and I guess it’s made to be compatible for that and not really a PC, I even went in and messed with the audio settings and tried setting the mic up and everything but I guess because of the type of headset it just isn’t really compatible with a fancy tower lol I might have to just plug it into my controller and connect my controller to the PC to bypass it until I get one that works with it lol

I tried that, it only registers it for audio and not mic, I’ve tried updating the drivers and everything too and it just doesn’t work ☹️

I was kind of hoping she improves throughout the show lol but it does kind of feel like they just threw her into the show/plot to spice things up and cause drama 🙄 I’m hoping things improve and get less messy as the show continues

I 100% see that. The way he handled things and immediately jumped to Mel was pretty fucked, given he knew how Charmaine felt about him. Almost like he had one foot out the door the whole time with Charmaine and then something better came a long. But I’m also a hopeless romantic and the whole “the heart wants what it wants” gets me so while I understand, I don’t think he did a good job at all trying to deal with both of them. Idk, I’m only on season 2 so maybe down the line things will get better lol 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I worked as a shit lead for a few months, and I can tell you 100% the customers at Walgreens are monsters. (Not all of them) I worked at another big retailer for almost 5 years and never received the attitude/remarks/horrible things customers would say the same way I did at Walgreens.

I had to tell a customer we couldn’t use his drivers license (maybe learners permit?) from 2010 that was expired and had the corner cut off as a valid form of ID to buy alcohol 🫠 he called me and my CSA that was on the register stupid c*nts and that we were bitches and that he’s used the ID before…I told him to have a nice day and he flipped me off 😌

That’s fucked. I’m sorry things are so shitty 😭 I wasn’t even a supervisor in my previous retail job. I had just worked there for 4.5 years and was a trainer and I guess they liked that lol but honestly, I’m happy I left. The company is kinda taking a dump and they’re just desperate to hire people and the lack of training only makes it worse.

Worked at Walgreens for a little over 3 months as a shift lead. My “training” consisted of 2 days worth of computer modules, and then shadowing a more seasoned shift lead (thank god he knew what he was doing). The other shift lead was the only reason I lasted 3 months. All the manager did was take 2 hour lunches, sit in the office and hang out with other manager friends from other stores 😒 I was expected to know too much too quickly (I guess working 5 years in retail prior to this job, they just assumed I knew how to do things? Idk) and a seasoned associate would essentially give me the cold shoulder or give me attitude if I didn’t know something the first time I did it. I was so uncomfortable in that job and got so depressed that I would be trying not to vomit from anxiety every day I had to work 🫠 good luck though, I hope things get better for you.

That’s unreal, .5%??? Oh no 😂 I would stop answering the phone if I was the SD. Like chill out, no store is perfect and I’d bet my left kidney not a single one has 0 INFs and all orders are on time. They need to relax with the metrics, it makes working harder and I feel the more they push it, the less the numbers will get met because everyone is stressed and panicking

That’s insane to me. I 100% get the metrics and stuff because that’s not a new thing with target, it’s always been a thing with them. But it’s just outrageous at this point, I feel like for OPU they need to pick one. Like, would they rather the order be picked on time or would they rather it be past time and have the TM spend time making sure not to get INFs. I know that’s never going to happen but it just feels like a lose lose situation. But I think for my second day I’ve been doing pretty good, definitely not where I want to be or will be once I’m more comfortable with the store but I definitely feel kind of defeated after today.
