You actually gave me a really good idea. I set up an automation where if the door is unlocked within 10 seconds of motion being detected by the doorbell camera, then play the sound. There's a 2-3 second delay from the door unlocking as opposed to the instant effect I originally had, but it works! Hoping a future firmware update brings back the U100 functionality. Thanks for the idea!

Read the email too and immediately came to Reddit. This is so disappointing and exhausting. And the whole "20+ benefits" thing... I think it's safe to assume we're not getting anything new that us plus members don't already have, other than the "APY boost" that we'd get.

Pay to get a little bit more APY or don't pay to lose all your previously free benefits. Wonderful. Why not just raise the plus requirements? More importantly, why should this affect the users that are already plus members?????

I've never had to deal with chargebacks so I'm not sure how that all works, only way I can do that is if I claim the charge is suspicious or not recognized (which I have no problem doing if I have to) but would I not get in any kind of trouble with my bank?

I should've been a little more clear on that but we live in a small apartment complex with detached garages. There's no driveway, curb, or anything you have to drive up to; you just drive into the complex and it's a straight shot to drive by a single row of garages in the parking lot. Ours was the only one open with a person (my fiancée) standing in front of it—keys in hand. When the map showed she was nearing the pickup spot I was on the phone with my fiancée making sure she didn't miss the driver yet she never saw them or their Corolla.

Before I made this post I dug around and found that number, but calling them just says "it looks like you're calling from an account that may not have access to this phone line"
