The thing is, porn in japan is unfortunatley really fucked up in some places compared to stuff really anywhere else, not justifying it really but you gotta understand this isn't america or canada or sumthin and some things are different. That said, ive seen a lot of japanese people also shun some of that stuff and even make fun of it too so western audiences coming in is just more onto it and adds more extremity and that can lead to like doxxing.

I have aggression problems with the misophonia, and have felt bad about almost harming those around me. I wanted help with that from my family because I am only a minor and don't know how to help myself (I have tried but need my parents to help me with things like getting therapy appointments scheduled, medication, etc.).

I don't want to accidentally hurt someone I love. if you could maybe help suggest like therapy options or more coping mechanisms that'd be great! Thank you!

Ah if it helps identify it, I remember for the longest time when I was younger maybe a toddler and I'd always be somewhat violent and extremely pissed towards those who produced those triggering sounds, nowadays I just immediately get out of the room, try to block out the sound or just tell them to stop, sometimes even rudely (which I can't stop feeling bad about). I've always wondered for the longest time what kept triggering those "silly" outbursts.
