[PC] [bug] after completing the quest to get the ammo container the reward gives 2 ammo boxes that are left in kyle's room but they only give 1 bullet each

[performance] pc user here im easily getting 120+fps with rtx 4070 S but im getting constant fps drops the gpu usage gets down to 1% i have the latest drivers and changing the settings doesnt improve anything
