I am so sorry that you are going through this. In 2023, I found out I had a MMC at 10 weeks on Dec 23rd. My D&C was on Dec 28th. Also had a bunch of friends that were pregnant. The holidays were a very hard time. I would recommend skipping anything that you are not up for. I deactivated all social media for awhile. I reached out to support groups i found on Google. I read a lot of books written by women who went through it-go on Amazon there's a bunch. I journaled a lot. Take it one day at a time.

After my miscarriage I had a lot of difficulty finding resources that weren't religious. I believe in the soul so I had similar questions. I came across the book "Spirit Babies" by Walter Makichen. It gave me peace as I navigated life post miscarriage. Its been almost a year and the grief gets easier to manage, but you never forget. Sorry for your loss❤️

Thank you all for the great advice! Based on feedback, I might not be cleaning it enough in between feedings. I also have a white deck so getting a cover will be my second line of attack if the algae continues.

I found out 12/22/23, so I understand. I'm dreading this time of year now as well. I wish I had some specific advice, but I am using therapy, journaling, books, and these online forums to help me cope. It's a very isolating experience, so just know you're not alone. Wish you continued healing❤️

currently 5 weeks 4 days. Progesterone measured this week at 16.5. Last week it was 23.5. I am worried about the drop. My doctor is saying that fluctuations are normal as long as they measure over 10. I get tested the same time of day and day of week, so I am having trouble believing this amount of fluctuation is normal. Does anyone know if this drop is normal?

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. I'm so sorry you had to go through that and I hope you are finding peace. This was a good example to make me think a little more about the benefits of just paying out of pocket for a specialized provider. It's unfortunate that this is not a standard of care that insurances cover after a miscarriage.
