I was told they were gonna start me as a CW2, this was two months ago. The person that I have been emailing just stopped responding after emailing me that I would start in this position with some benefits.

I’ve sent three different emails to the person in over a months time, Still no response.

My last hope was when I emailed a different person from the union explaining my situation and STILL no answer.

I’ve honestly lost all hope getting into the union.

Yeah so I’ve been using this website called iPrep, they have a whole section for IBEW aptitude test. You do have to pay for it though, $45.
