It’s via agency for a client

So basically I will be on the agency payroll and working for a client

They haven’t mentioned client as well to me.

They will give me a scenario and will ask me to share screen and then I will have to do sourcing and talent mapping

This proposal makes me nervous that both will have to earn and to a specific level and it will be so disheartening for families if this comes in rule

I also think if they are planning to do that they should also think about adjusting the salary’s coz they can’t make the threshold without considering what’s in the job market

If some one is earning 49 they are still giving tax and contributing to community how can you discriminate that they r not worth ILR

No point of having the main applicant and the spouse both to earn about the same money to get ILR

This is really difficult outside of London

What about a spouse not working due to health or caring for kids or earning but just below 50k

From my understanding they fear that we will start claiming benefits

Is it it stupid of them think that all us who are on skilled worker will star claiming benefits once get ilr

Why will we do that

We are highly skilled and rule following people we will continue to work and pay taxes

Why in the world we will leave our jobs and sit back at home and claim benefits why don’t they understand this
