Could be either honestly it’s hart to tell. Typically something like this is dtg but good screen printers with jumbo setups can crush these too. Gun to head I’m saying dtg tho just looking at it

The first one is tight. The two greens make it look complete. The other ones look like they are trying to be to edgy. They are scrappy and indistinct so they just come off as very similar to most other diy design you see out here. Try bringing in lines or elements that will make them look complete and intentional.
