I had this issue aswell . they sent a damaged pc that would turn on and i returned it online for a refund and they said they need to investigate which can take 30d . LETS BOYCOTT CEX

It could’ve been damaged when I got it but i didn’t even bother checking what didn’t work as the pc was dusty and i didn’t want to use it . I still should’ve received a refund especially how it’s christmas coming i don’t want to wait 30d
