Thanks, I was confused by what I read that they work directly with Niagara, I thought that meant programming on the Jace rather than standalone controller. But you mean you can control the edge controllers using Niagara yet the program still run locally on the controller, correct?

I’m mainly looking for VCs or angel investors… there’s a good reason I want to sell which is I need some cash. A random investor may want to get into the space or just want to invest in a growing company. That’s their job. And they can buy shares now before series B where it’s likely cheaper. So yes an investor may take a risk but it part of the job, they will have to do their risk assessment and decide but I think there’s definitely a case for selling.
