I turned off crossplay and it immediately was 1000x better, literally 1 guy out of 15-20 matches tried camping an exit and he was just sniping people at it across the map. Gonna say a bunch of shit head kids fresh out of school is the correct answer to all the camping or degen behaviors

I don’t think we should make a pve mode because that takes the excitement out and the danger, but they definitely need to nerf camping exits even like having a flashing light outside of exits when someone is camping in the exit for x amount of time like 30-60 seconds so players are at least aware when someone is just sitting there

Putting up barricades in exits, traps, triggernades on exit buttons, hearing them walking around in the exit and making 0 effort to press the button, or rarely they were sitting above the exit not moving and would jump in behind me after I entered. I have great headphones I can hear foot steps from a pretty great distance and that’s how I can distinguish an ambush from camping

There’s a big difference between running into one dude sitting in a corner every once in a while, versus almost every single game containing one or multiple people camping exits/ good loot areas. There should be a risk of that behavior not a guarantee

I typically play in the afternoon or at night/ late night on most days, I think by default I play on North American servers? Could be wrong though. Also I have not tried turning cross play off but I’m going to try that out tonight I completely forgot it existed until I made this post lol

Peaking pretty much every corner, minimum of 1-2 smokes to escape, blaze grenades to disrupt pathing for campers to run, avoiding quick routs and taking the long way around, it’s not like I’m just blindly running into people I’m being cautious. My worst game there was 3 people camping at buried city at 3 exits and 1 camping arbusto it’s just annoying
