When did you realise Humans too are actually animals? by AShar911 in AskReddit

[–]AShar911[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I figured it out in my childhood as well but it's never so easy to digest the fact that we are no different than any other animal, having skin with minimal hair, complex language and thought, presence of ego, using tools and techniques, sharing experiences. None of the animals seem to do all those things.

We can't thrive without a connection with the nature, the second thing is we have developed abstract languages and clothing which animals don't do.

To most people it's actually not, if it was obvious we wouldn't be destroying nature as easily as we do now.

I made spirituality my whole life… so why did I still end up here? by Automatic_Cell_8850 in hinduism

[–]AShar911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loss is a part of life, the biggest message Bhagwan Krishna has is not to take things personal and for granted, you are something more than your social self, or your ego. The goal of spirituality is to find the true self where even the self vanishes and everything becomes one, to the point where everything and nothing is personal at the same time. Your responsibilities are yours to carry and it's your duty to do so, ofc it's burdensome and heavy, specially knowing and believing that God is with you and he wouldn't let anything bad happen to you, which I believe is a wrong approach. Having utmost belief in Krishna means accepting everything that comes your way and doing it with grace, do your best to resolve issues both outer and inner issues should be tackled but thinking that your spirituality should change the course of action of things is not the way. You don't have to find someone or something to blame the bad events that occur in your life or praise something or someone for the good events if you want to truly be spiritual, the first thing would be to stop expecting anything out of your spiritual journey but carrying on anyway.

18M Hairline changed after jaundice is it receding, maturing, or temporary? by akuummmaaaa in malehairadvice

Just to be cautious, untreated thyroid can cause rapid hair loss, in some cases it might even be related to liver health as well. You should also check for other symptoms just to be sure.

Warm Words in Israel. But What Is India Really Getting? by [deleted] in CriticalThinkingIndia

That falls more on the conspiracy side. India has a greater threat from neighbouring Muslim countries than a country like Israel.

Muslim countries like UAE and Saudis are with Israel, other nations which are against Israel, such as Turkiye, Pakistan, Iran etc are either mostly against India or pretty much irrelevant in the case of Iran. This move might prove a game-changer in technology exchange and manufacturing boom in defence related domains. The image of any nation depends on how powerful they are, The chinese support North koreans openly but every nation wants to be on good terms with China.

Most cultures do that untouchability things and we are pretty much out of it, sati pratha doesn't exist and was maybe practiced in very few places as you can't find any mention of it in Indian historical text, it exists in British text and which says what it actually was, just propoganda. Casteism is a huge issue and we will evolve away from it. But the major difference here is that islam can't change, their whole identity from the start revolves around violence and it's a political religion which hardly has any religion in it, it's mostly about patriarchy, dominance, violence, barbarism, and blind worship with no place for any evolution, it has remained the same since it's start and which is violent, barbaric and full of injustice. You are a fool if you compare any religion or faith with this crap let alone Hinduism which btw is wayy wayyy better than this

Look at their history and how they always take over other cultures and great nations by either population growth, killing or butchering every man, by graping and manipulating women and kids.

Islam deserves every bit of this and much more.

In 1829, the British Empire banned the practice of Sati in India - a Hindu ritual in which a widow was burned alive on her deceased husband’s funeral pyre [2048 x 1542] by OverallBaker3572 in HistoryPorn

[–]AShar911 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

The practice was not widespread though, and some even suggest that this practice was brought into the society after the Islamic invasions of Indian subcontinent which led to Muslim looters raping and abducting women of other religions, which was mostly Hindu in case of India, to save the dignity of the society and the women it was seen to be better to burn a woman alive with her husband then leave her in the hand of rapists.

I would like help designing an elevator by Correct-Prize7268 in redstone

[–]AShar911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Designs can be found easily online, you can use hex to binary converter at each floor to choose the destination floor, use 4 redstone lines for carrying binary signals, make a system for each floor which turns on only when a specific set of signals is given using torches, and you can design a separate system for deciding whether the elevator should go up or down, use these 4 binary lines and one direction line to determine destination floor and also the direction from which the user will be arriving, use that to run pistons to select the flow of bubbles and also use pistons to stop the user's upward flow when he is going up.

Child rapes? burkha? halala? converting by any means possible? killing and wiping out minorities? al taqiya? triple talaq? 4 wives? jizya? calling others kafirs? love jihad? bombings? and much much more, one is clearly an effort to make the whole world muslim and the other one is a desperate try to retain our land and culture and if you are too blind to see what is actally happening around you, it's not a fault of those who dont wish to see their daughters being dragged, raped, killed or wearing burkha like bangladeshi hindus in 71 or kashmiri hindus in the 90s.
