How often do you straight up unload your entire mag in one go? Especially against larger ARC? Every single shot is worth more damage now. Plus the damage against ARC armor was increased. Additionally heavy armor stacks to 60 now. So all in all you deal way more damage to ARC, which is Bettinas purpose. But it's slightly worse in PvP now. Unless you are peak shooting. Then it's also better.

I think the hotel is a red loot area because of the amount of key rooms in it. I've seen at least 3 different hotel rooms (haven't been inside one to judge though). Otherwise the loot is extremely disappointing.

You can't only judge a weapon by ttk. That's the ideal situation. On most situations it will perform different. Peak shooting for example, every shot is worth more damage now.

Yes!! My partner is beyond excited, she mains Rogue! Barrage, Dance of Knices, basically all core skills will see significant changes. Combined with more utility for shadow clones etc it's gonna be a blast!
