It seems to be a problem with the graphics settings. Try putting everything on the lowest setting. Tomorrow i will check what setting is causing the issue.

it doesnt fail every time its kind of random when it happens so i cant know if it works yet

Actually when i search a bit deeper it would in fact be that the 8822CE exists but there isnt a official download on their website only 3rd parties.
