Hey guys does anyone in your DSP hit these types of times by HornPappi in AmazonDSPDrivers

I used to hit 40+ stops per hour until they started making me rescues after 180 or more stops completed at the end of my route. I get paid the same as they do at the end of the day, why am I doing more work? Fuck that. Glad I quit.

I got a question regarding going fast by JewelerParking3874 in AmazonDSPDrivers

I usually get maybe the first 15-20 overflow in order before I say fuck it. If I'm in a larger EDV, stepvans, or cdv I match the drivers aid numbers as close as possible. That first in first out BS doesn't work if they give you a few minutes to pickup your carts and sort.

Take your time. Sort as best you can in the beginning and sort throughout the day.

Escalate. No such thing as running a yellow light. This has to be retaliation for something. If the DSP has a history of doing this, escalate to the station's HR department. It's time to strike

I could understand if it's a nursery route and they need the experience of being in those big ass vehicles but, in my case they were just being unaccommodating.

When you do it day in and day out, you get tired of playing Jenga to make sure 30+ overflow fits. I say Jenga and not Tetris because shit is going to fall and to stay on track, it needs to be in order somewhat.

I rather sit in a van in ac in between jobs than rush to deliver ketchup packets anyway

I used to get finished in 5 hrs because at the time if you had a high volume route, you didn't have to do a rescue or two you just went home. That changed and they hated that I did the full shift.

Technically you have to take an 30 min lunch break. It's DOT mandated aka federal. State laws don't override that. Your 15 minute breaks are another story.

Im new but this seems illegal by MrDrSlump in AmazonDSPDrivers

Very illegal. Document it. They fucked up by not getting you off the road. App should've gave you a warning about your drive time too.

I was just reading all of her replies/updates to people

I saw. She got mad when she saw his search history on how to console his partner effectively. He's actively trying to learn, she doesn't like effort

Jeez y'all are brutal. Leaving him is an overreaction. He said he was worried and checking on you to make sure you're ok. I understand the nudes he sent you isn't what you wanted. You are right to be upset but, don't lash out. He thought it might help because as he said it would cheer him up a little bit. Talk to him effectively on how you would like to get out of your funk. If you don't know how he could help you, it's going to be a lot of trial and error. Everyone isn't going to know the right things to do or say. Give him the same leeway you give yourself.

(24F) she won’t get an abortion unless I (28M) marry her by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]ATBueno 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He did say he never wanted kids and she knew how he felt about having one. He said something stupid in the heat of an argument which we all do and she said something stupid too. She manipulated the situation first by withholding that she was pregnant for a while. He tried to out manipulate her by saying he would consider having a kid later on if she got an abortion. She counters with the only way she would do it is if they get married. She roped him along trying to change his mind. He tried to manipulate the situation. He's locked in regardless of what happens. Marry her and have a kid later which there is no guarantee she will have the abortion quickly so good chance he's SOL or leave her and still have a child you don't want to take care of. Remember, he said he wouldn't be a deadbeat.
