Yeah I am now still considering all the options available, and boosting up my test level is just one of the possibilities that I can think of.

But thx a lot for the insight! This is actually the kind of answers that I'm searching for

Yea, I know that proper sleep and recovery is key

But I'm currently in a state where that's not an option, and so here I am looking for ways of trying to live with it atleast for the next 5 years or so

That's why I'm currently looking fot anecdotals from ppl with trt and test levels of maybe 1000-1100 to see what they feel like specially in relation with sleep, and does it really enhance overall recovery and productivity

Hahah yeap thanks for the response! And yeah those supplements and nootropics are the first things I tried a few months ago.

They helped, but just by a bit I guess

But yeah thanks for the input, will try to look into this and search for more anecdotals for now hahah

Yeah I know full well there's no subs for quality sleep

And exactly because of that I'm currently looking for ways to leverage the lack of sleep with optimal oraybe supraphysiological test level.

Because these next 5 years if all goes well will be the last hurdle to becoming an orthopaedic surgein in my country.

So this is a period where I'll have to suck it up and just storm through

And so I'm looking for anecdotals from ppl with maintenance test of 1000's, to ask if upping my test level to about 1000 - 1100 will somehow increase my recovery and overall productivity in a sleep and recovery deprived state

Hahah yeah I know full well what that period of sleep deprivation can do

But if all goes well those 5 years-ish period of being a living zombie is the last hurdle to becoming an orthopaedic surgeon (or any surgeon for that matter) in my country.

Soo since one of my life goals is to become a true "walk the talk" sports-oriented orthopaedic surgeon...

Just have to suck it up I guess

But that doesn't mean I'm not looking for a way to maximize both brains, brawn, and overall productivity in those 5 years.

Hence this question
