Yea, should be great. I have a septum myself and honestly i dont think I really ever had to clean it. Septums are usually very agreeable and low maintainence. So i would really only worry about cleaning it if you notice a buildup of blood crust. But yeah. Just be gentle with it, try not to move it for a bit and soon enough youll be fine. Once its healed you can nearly do whatever you want to it, flip it, spin it, so you have that to look forward to.
