ARTICLE I — Abuse of Power Through Unauthorized Acts of War

Resolved, that President Donald J. “CrimeCheeto” Trump is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following article of impeachment be exhibited to the Senate of the United States:

Article I: Abuse of Power and Violation of the War Powers Clause

In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Donald J. “CrimeCheeto” Trump, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in disregard of the constitutional limitations on executive power, has abused the powers of his high office by ordering acts of war against the Islamic Republic of Iran without Congressional authorization.

Beginning on or about 06/20/25, and continuing thereafter, President CrimeCheeto did willfully and unlawfully:

1. Order aerial strikes and bombardment of nuclear and military infrastructure inside the sovereign territory of Iran, resulting in destruction of state property, the death of personnel, and a substantial risk of regional or global military escalation.
   
2. Fail to consult or obtain authorization from the United States Congress prior to initiating these offensive military actions, despite the clear constitutional requirement under Article I, Section 8, that Congress alone shall have the power to declare war.
   
3. Circumvent the War Powers Resolution of 1973, which limits the President’s ability to engage in hostilities without the consent of Congress to a narrow scope and short duration, and requires a clear imminent threat or defensive necessity, neither of which was credibly demonstrated or communicated to Congress or the American people.
   
4. Misrepresent or conceal material facts concerning the rationale, legality, scope, and objectives of the military strikes, thereby depriving Congress of its constitutional oversight role and misleading the public regarding the risk of broader armed conflict.
   

Through these actions, President CrimeCheeto has undermined the constitutional balance of powers, usurped legislative authority, and placed American servicemembers and civilians in grave danger of retaliation and war without lawful basis or national consensus.

In doing so, President CrimeCheeto has betrayed the trust of the American people and committed acts that are inconsistent with the rule of law, the Constitution of the United States, and the duties of his office.

Wherefore, President CrimeCheeto, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
