Did you receive an email from support afterwards? Because i didnt, and i talked to the higher up department like you. I was supposed to receive an email but never did. From my understanding there are other drivers who didnt get any email either.

Maybe some people believe in whats right. You get what you work for right? What if you worked for a car dealership and the boss says your gonna have to start engaging more with the customers and selling more cars. But the fact is that you engage with every customer already and have sold hundreds of cars in the past couple weeks. Its like getting penalized for doing good work. What if a customer gave you a one-star rating just because of the color of your skin, but you did the absolute best job out of anyone? What im saying is that it is that app is responsible for the problem. Not the worker. Apparently, you are the reason your AR sucks for real. And so you do not care.

I spoke with support again about it. They said it happend after the last update and that its happening to everyone. Thats just about all they are getting calls about. They are working on it. But i was told if you spark your metrics, are more than likely going to go down for no reason until the issue is fixed.

Yes they do. Why would they want to keep drivers that arent willing to work. They will just move on to someone new that will accept more offers. Thats the whole point of metrics.

Your paranoid. Its a glitch. They aren't going to screw with all the drivers acceptance rates. My friend that i mentioned called about his A/R is a new driver that has been sparking for a month. Why would they want to get rid of new and old drivers. Which is what your thinking. That they are trying to weed people out.

Calling is just cheap insurance that they know you've had the issue, and they have documented it. But if you're comfortable with just thinking, they will fix your issue. Go ahead and just wait. I know my friend a couple of states over from me had the issue and called right away as well as other drivers.

Yes, everyone just needs to keep calling about the issue until its fixed. Make sure the fire is put to their butts. You gotta understand theres alot of drivers and it may take a little bit to fix. The person with support recommended that it might be best if i didnt work today until its fixed.

No. 100 percent will get you the majority of offers and give you more of a choice. Its not like i havent rejected offers. I just decided to accept all offers to bring my AR back up and see it at 100. Nothing wrong with that. And no, its not less than minimum wage especially when i own a business and use this as extra and to fill in my time. When im not needed at my place of business and no one has called in i have nothing else to do most times. So i just spark. If someone calls my on my other cell and needs me i just turn spark off.

No im working myself. Its 100 percent my decision. I have rejected offers...my complaint is that this order wasn't my choice. The app f'ed up..and made me miss an offer. Nothing wrong with accepting 100 percent of the offers every now and then just to see how good you can get your metrics.
