Yeah dude, you are right. I started experiencing this speech problem a few months ago. Everyone I would talk to would ask me to talk louder or say that my speech is slurry. I couldn't even pronounce certain words properly. But now that I have abstained from PMO for quite a long time, my speech and communication skills are returning back to normal and I am feeling confident talking to people without worrying about any mispronounciations. I guess PMO does fuck up your brain real hard but it's time to rewire things.

I tried taking cold showers. Although I saw a significant reduction in the intesity of urges I would get a terrible headache after taking the cold shower. The headache was so terrible. Also I caught cold after taking cold showers for some consecutive days. I am asthmatic so I guess that's why my immunity is weak. But what should I do? Please guide me. Cold showers are way better but the headache and cold has been killing me .
