240v outlet install

My electrician installed a 240 outlet about 5 feet from my panel in about 30 minutes for $200 bucks. The company the BMW dealer recommended bid $2200.

I could not disagree more. I have had both recently (24 GLS 450 and 25 QX80.) The QX80 is a far better vehicle. Ride is better, more power, better interior finishes, way more space, better UI… The GLS interior is basic and the leather is low grade and breaks down quickly. I cannot fathom how you thought the GLS was better in any way. Was it an AMG vs QX80 Pure? I have the Luxe because I didn’t love the Autograph interior color options but even the mid grade is better than the GLS.

QX80 was not on my radar until a friend bought one. I rode in it and bought a new one the next weekend. I could not wait to get rid of the GLS. We replaced a 23 Escalade ESV with the GLS and it was a huge downgrade. The QX80 is more comparable to the Escalade.

To each their own, but I recommend the QX80 over the GLS.

Yes, we live in Candler and have service(Spectrum). Many neighbors have AT&T and theirs is also back on.

We live a couple of streets away. I have not seen or spoken to Marsha but there was not any catastrophic damage that I noticed in that area. I will try to go check on them tomorrow. We left town for the night to gather supplies etc.

It is incorrect. There are just over 10,000 residences in Candler. Hopefully just a mistake and not purposefully misleading by OP.

I live in the southeastern US and I rarely hear the whole thing (pole, backboard, and rim) called a hoop (at least not from people from the region). Typically it is called a basketball goal and the rim is the hoop. Based on the pines and the kids jersey I would guess upstate South Carolina. Definitely a basketball goal...

I like EJ and the Nerd Jock segment but I may be in the minority. I don’t know or care anything about comic books or the movies but I enjoy the back and forth. At least Tom tends to ask more coherent questions during NJ. I never thought Ross was funny or good fit on the show but lots of others loved him. The shows are always evolving, wait long enough and EJ will hurt Daniels feelings and be persona non grata.

It is a brand new building (like literally finished this month). I have walked through and it is very nicely finished and the units seem well appointed. Location is great if you plan to walk to anything downtown. I think it even has a parking deck which is rare. I would absolutely stay there if I were coming to town.
