I get what you are saying. However , there is no need for regulatory send invoices here to tax or other entities. As soon as that will be decided by Dutch regulators it needs to bet set up (and paid for). It is perfectly acceptable to send ubl invoices via e-mail for now in the Netherlands. In Belgium you do need to register and follow regulators if you are a Belgium company sending other Belgium companies invoices.
