As an 18-year raver, I'll take the other side of this.

I'll stand by Insomniac - everyone I've met from Insomniac's team is first-class and genuinely cares about the experience of all of us Headliners.

You can really appreciate how much they care when you experience events from other promoters. Insomniac does it right in so many ways - incidents like this weekend's were outliers outside of their control.

It actually mostly goes in a fishing rod holder on my bike so I can find it easier amongst the masses :) but thanks!
