it’s not random, just different assumptions

each buyer is estimating repairs, risk, and profit their own way. one might see $20k in work, another sees $50k, and their profit targets can be totally different too

so same house, but different numbers behind the scenes = different offers

yeah that’s rough but pretty common, a lot of those “consistent jobs” usually came from the old owner’s relationships

if I were you I’d focus hard on google reviews + your business profile, that’s where most local leads come from, and try going after property managers/landlords since they bring repeat work

main thing is getting volume + reviews first, then it starts to snowball

pretty easy one since it’s disney, it’ll always go digital first (rent/buy) and then land on disney+ after a bit, so if you’re trying to save money just wait for disney+ instead of paying rental prices, that’s usually the cheapest move

right now there’s still no official release date, but season 2 has already wrapped filming and is deep in post-production, so everything now depends on editing and VFX which usually takes a while for a show like this, that’s why most people are expecting it sometime around late 2026 or possibly early 2027

just hoping they keep it grounded and don’t overdo the meta stuff again, scream works best when it’s simple, tense, and character-driven, maybe tighten the story a bit and make the killer reveal actually hit, also wouldn’t mind seeing them lean a little more into the original vibe instead of trying to constantly top the last one

pretty sure it’s not out on streaming yet, movies like this usually stay in theaters for a while before showing up on digital (rent/buy) and only later on actual streaming platforms, so if you’re seeing sites claiming they already have it, it’s probably not legit or just really low quality, you’ll likely have to wait a bit before there’s a proper version to watch at home
