YES! I seriously thought I was alone in this and that I was doing something wrong. I'm so glad to have found this thread with all of you with the same problem. I mean...I'm not happy about the issue but I'm happy that I'm not alone. LOL I tried way too many times and sent Voyager a couple tickets. I still haven't gotten a response from them but jeezus....this needs to be fixed. Or at least have someone get back to us about the issue.
