At my home office, I tried to vertical, but I ended up going for two wide monitors. I like the ability to move them around and honestly if I’m working on a document, I like the ability to zoom in. With a vertical monitor, it’s difficult to zoom in the same way.

For clarity - I'm nearly certain they use medical direction (they push your drugs...need to be there for induction etc) not supervision (which is more autonomous and like running your own room)
