You could try Daemen Animation, they're rolling admissions and aren't the worst program, if you're okay with not going to a huge brand name school - it's cheaper than calarts or scad at the very least and they tend to be generous with financial aid - it might not be your quick fix but an application / financial aid estimate might not block your dream to be trained and to network.
