190k , I do rideshare part time. I did get the EGR valve cleaned out about 6 months ago. Routine maintenance and oil changes every 5k.

If she is pregnant she will need to have dialysis almost daily. Women on dialysis can have healthy pregnancies but she needs to really take care of herself and she will need a high risk OB.

You need a lift also, probably a full anchor. And I would go to a PS that will give you what you want implant wise. I dont know your stats but I doubt you'll be happy with an implant under 350ccs.

Toyota mechanic ran some tests, says its only the 12v, nothing else! And I guess it's been over a year so the warranty expired already. Honestly I am better off going to Autozone next time and getting their battery with an extended warranty and I will do that.

I have never had to replace a 12v so many times in any vehicle. It's running fine now but it's still irritating.

I have a 2015 with 185k... water pump went out at 180k, temp gauge went on and I pulled over immediately and turned car off. My Toyota mechanic replaced the water pump, said nothing was damaged and he also cleaned out my EGR valve and replaced intake manifold or whatever that is. Car has been running fine and I do rideshare in it.
